I know what you’re wondering: why is Bikram Yoga the only thing she’s talking about? The answer is pretty straightforward: I quit my job, and yoga’s pretty much the only thing on my schedule right now. Kind of cool, if you can pull it off, right?
By the way: today is Day 15 (15 classes in 15 days). Next mini-challenge: 21 days. I am clearly not committing to a 30 day challenge, huh? I prefer to set my sights on smaller goals I can actually imagine achieving, to start, then surprise myself by exceeding them & reaching a larger, more auspicious one almost by accident.
